Infotech Oulu has many Graduate School positions financed by Ministry of Education and the Academy of Finland. All the position are occupied. If the positions will become open, you'll find information from the page http://www.infotech.oulu.fi/GS .

In practice, the students work in our research groups, and you do not need to be in one of the specially funded positions to be a graduate student here.
