Course covers key issues of processing of electronic ceramics: importance of processing in relation to properties, processing and characterization of powders, solid state synthesis, sintering, fabrication of thick films, specific problems of Pb-contaning materials and alkali niobates, textured ceramics, nanomaterials and nanostructures.
