The group carries out research on optoelectronics and measurement techniques and seeks applications for the results. The main focus is on light propagation measurements and simulations in a medium. In addition, packaging and material techniques, photonics integration, wireless sensor networks and life span testing of a circuit are important parts of the research. New results are applied in different areas of industry, medicine, health care and biotechnology.
